Guys, Someone got apl in November 2022, he did documentation in December 2022 and training induction from march-April 2023.
He did IPPIS capturing on 28th August.

The date of first appointment on his ippis enrollment slip is November 2022.

The question is that: are they going to start paying him from the date of first appointment or from the month he did IPPIS capturing?

A list of 10 APC nominees from each state ( while states with sitting PDP governors had 5 APC, 5 PDP), which was submitted to office of the Chief of Staff to the President were called in batches by the DSS and underwent screening which ended last week. Only those with pending EFCC cases and other criminal cases pending in courts were dropped. They are to be appointed into Boards of Federal Agencies and Parastatals. Security screening for both career and non-career ambassadorial nominees is yet to commence.

What they pay similar to gratuity is lumpsum which ranges from 25-50% of your total pension contributions. The remaining balance is used in paying monthly pension.

Yes, some agency pay between 20m to 100m depend on the GL and numbers years you spend in the agency.
