You can add a picture taken when the baby was born (has to be dated picture), child dedication pictures taken at the church , first birthday pictures etc

Were you given a discharged letter when living the hospital? If yes then add it

Another document that will help is something like baby’s school fees receipts

Hello guys, I have a care interview coming up with an NHS department. They have requested to show a proof of address and a means of ID, of which I'll show my port.

For the proof of address, the utility bill for my apartment has the name of the property owner. And it wasn't the address I filled while applying as my address has changed since I made the application. Can I use the bill like that? Anyone with this experience?

For relationship with your parents, you need to provide any documents showing your parents name as well as the address you stayed with them, if you have any bills paid by them when you were little, or any school evidence that involved them training you

You can use your bank statement. It shows your address.

No you can’t use it
They need evidence showing the address you use, if you have bank statement showing your address or driver’s license or hospital bill, it must show your name with the address
