This was when I started doubting Tinubu's victory. INEC was compromised seriously in Rivers. The votes in Rivers should be deducted from Tinubu and added to Peter obi. Tinubu did not win 12 states . Am sure same thing played out in some other locations.

Peter obi should have made sure he had polling agents with very good camera that will snap and send the pictures via satellite communications to his situation room. This is a lesson to future contestants . Peter obi would have had a picture evidence of all votes cast in his favour nationwide without recourse to INEC. Anyways it's too late. He should try harder next time

Popular votes means majority. Meaning the figure given to Tinubu is for Peter obi.

fergie001:The glitches experienced during the of the results to the IREV portal was not a ploy to temper or manipulate the results as alleged by the Petitioner. The Petitioner failed to prove that it was a case of manipulation by INEC. The glitches are not grounds to challenge the outcome of an election in view of section 134(1)b of the Electoral Act. 2 Likes |

Even before now I knew the petitions would fail going about what the Peter Obi lawyers were presenting during the hearing.

skj1377:The results he got at the polling units across Lagos, why didn't he tender them as evidence he scored over 1m votes as his ers were alleging after the poll?I am in Edo state, and i can confirm to you he had agents across all the polling units in Edo state. Tinubu won the election fair and square. 3 Likes |

Sheeeeesh ... literally everything against APC and INEC were dismissed ![]() They should just give the final ruling no need to explain again, everybody understands... they basically can't remove a sitting president. |

fergie001:He itted that he didn't have as much document from INEC that he needed and only worked on Rivers and Benue States. He also claimed that he worked with data available from the IReV portal. This completely rubbishes his report and hence his evidence has no probative value. As earlier stated, PW7 is a person of interest been a member of the Party and vied for office in that party. 1 Like |
