I always feel increased anxiety and overthink everytime I’m high

My advice is if you want to smoke marijuana ask for only regular Marijuana..

And if you have to smoke loud, Arizona or pawpaw take a single wrap for over 48 hours... Drag a few puff, and put it off, after a while take some drag, till you exhaust it for atleast 2 days

Those new strains of weed are stronger and more powerful with more chemicals than THC
