No update on main portal or tracker after then till today.

NB. I was rejected in 2021 for studies.
Did my application from UK. So I added my BRP which expires in two months from the date of submission.
Send series of webforms and emails ing my displeasure when my application was taking too long.
My question: should I pay for a return ticket for my spouse, given she got VV instead of SOWP?

Fastest is Lagos, if you leave around Lagos. Also if you did your Biometrics in Lagos VFS, you are not to pay any money again. You can submit by hand ( you book appointment sha ) and collect by self too .

Most universities I've seen, have a requirement that I must have license to practice in Canada which obviously dont have.

You need to request for the GCMS notes to know the detailed reasons for the refusal.

But from what is stated here, you feel the study purpose was not well explained in your SOP.

Secondly, did you submit LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE OR PROOF OF ACCEPTANCE? This is different from notification of ission letter that is given to student in the first instance.

Yes I ed the initial letter of acceptance sent from the institution
I suppose the letter of acceptance is usually sent alongside the email with a pdf which consist of my student iD, course of study, tuition deposit fee, acceptance messages/letter, duration of study and other important information the student and ircc needs which is what I ed
This purpose of refusal is rare and confusing I’m shocked and speechless
