I don't think you should be perturbed. The correction they made was on their own database for port production. They didn't do the adjustment from the website where you did your pre registration.

We captured on the 8th of June at shagamu without stress and the man call us on Tuesday 1st Aug that we could come for pick up on Thursday. 3rd but no time to go yet. So that's less than 2 months at sagamu office.

Please did you apply newly or renewed and did it show port issued when you checked online before you went to collect? They gave me August 6 as collection date.
I captured on June 5 at shagamu, tracking it online, port issued has not been ticked and I've not received their call. Though my phone was off for some days so I want to go there this week to check.

Your wife needs to get an affidavit of birth in your surname if only she was born before 1992. If she was born after 1992 she needs to get an attestation of birth from NPC .

Firstly there is waste of 450k which is full of scam.
In such situation, one don't need to rush because it's a case in-between NIN office and immigration. This should be a lesson.
What should have be done is not to show eagerness to anyone, talk to the officer on the duty during the capturing incident in a way of understanding that you are ready to comply. That officer may have just collect token like 50k which I'm very sure the problem would have been solved for long withing two days.

You need to fetch that officer on the duty at that time again for amicable talking but do not show to him that your sister had wasted a huge money for the process already. Let him just know that someone tried to help before.

Your question about the green mark on the NIN. Without verification of NIN, the process will never move. Your port can be ready at the same day that your NIN is verified luckily. And it's very good for everyone of us to develop Habib of ing NIN before going for such attempt. I do that before going for such even for sim card welcome back

Everything should and must bear the same name e.g AFRICA GOLD, GOLD AFRICA

The above are the same. Apart from that, the names can never be acceptable (e.g AFRIC GOLD, GOL AFRICA)

If you are in haste, you can later correct your origin certificate but make sure you have affidavit of birth to cover it

I have no idea the date Alausa port Office has started producing… You enrolled/captured on the 5th of April 2023, I presume?

Yes but never you show your previous disappointment about the scamming guy. Just let him know that someone was there assisting you before which you feel he has no time for you now
