Una don come. You want people to pay to come do such modern slavery below their standard. If someone has £4000 isn't that enough deposit in some schools? In fact some schools accept £3000 tuition deposit. The person can still work in care and himself. You're intentionally putting people into suffering while enriching yourself.

Be careful guys, one, there are lots of scammers out there. A lot have paid with no headway. Two,a lot paid and got into the UK with no shifts. Someone even committed suicide because of this problem. If you want to choose your chains, do so wisely.

I may add that I work with the UK government (of course, I wouldn't state the department). I can end all the COS thing you're advertising here. You and I know too well that it's illegal to sell COS. So friend, choose your battles wisely. Cheers!

Bros, I dey humble. Between you and I who is an enemy here? You sell COS £8000, and you very well know it shouldn't be sold. It's Africans especially Nigerians that made a business of it. You know that Care Work is difficult, like the person is paying to get work to get paid,when it shouldn't be. Even global employers like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, McKinsey, BCG,Bain &Company, JP Morgan, and the like that offer beautiful jobs with enviable career prospects wouldn't ask anyone to pay for a COS, let alone such a humongous sum. We complain that there are no jobs with the Nigerian Civil service because the slots are sold, is there any difference between what you are doing and the Nigerian Civil service?

Yours is even worst, because that of the Civil service, the funds can be recouped easily. But to pay £8000 for a COS , it'll take atleast 1-2 years, to save up to that and recoup those funds, considering that there other bills to pay while in the UK.

After paying the IHS surcharge, she discovered that she picked that funds were held in her name when it's rather held in her parents /name. Now she can't make changes. She is yet to pay the application fee. Please, what's the way forward? Thanks

It's lower when the applicant is less than 18 years

Her visa has been approved. Mind you, TLS dont work on weekends, so it wont change until monday or Tuesday worse case scenario. Same thing happened during my own time. Got brp on Sunday, whereas application was still at DMC. Mine moved to TLS Tuesday morning and got collection email same Tuesday. No cause for alarm.

My dear, if it's happen that the person you saw pays below or equivalent of 470 pounds, that means the person course duration is less or equivalent to one year course.

If your is above one year, maybe one year and some days or months then it's will sum up to 705pounds.

From your post, I SUSPECT that your Visa application is stuck as a result of a "TICK-THE-BOX" issue.

What do I mean?

Let me explain.

Due to the fact that you submitted a lot of documents/details to address the NSF for study gap, the ECO/UKVI may feel obligated to confirm some of these documents/information. For example, out of the 22 certificates that you submitted, the ECO/UKVI may have tried to confirm whether many of them are genuine.

So the ECO/UKVI may have sent an email to some of the certication bodies in order to confirm the authenticity of some of these certificates that you submitted. Perhaps, some of these certification bodies are yet to respond to the ECO/UKVI, which is consequently leading to a delay in your application.

The ECO/UKVI may not be able to proceed with your application, because they may need to TICK the box that they have confirmed your certificates.

Please in future, avoid submitting too many details/documents. They sometimes raise more questions from Visa officers, and sometimes lead to delays in one's Visa application. The secret with UK Student visa application is to keep things SIMPLE.

I sincerely hope that your Visa comes out soonest. Challenges are part of life, and I am positive and optimistic that you will pull through this particular challenge.

The Home office will be glad to carry out covert investigation to fish out these sorts of people.

My question is what can I use to address this while applying for visa. Affidavit or cover letter?

If cover letter, will I need to write it and scan then send it in pdf format or will there be a colum to explain on the Visa application page.

I have thought of going to bank to update the address but can I still produce it to UKVi because I am thinking of using the same copy I use for CAS to apply for Visa. Funny enough, I have filled my CAS with the same address. Though I have other bank which I have updated already.

Abeg help me out as be say nah me want cause my family pain with my negligence.
