Indeed. And it is easy. Good governance can start with a policy of youth engagement which then transforms to youth employment when a critical mass of economic activity is reached.

And there is an abundance of potentials for engagement through the 3 basic bricks and mortar sectors of agriculture, extractive industry and engineering and construction, all mass employers of labour.

All it takes is for the government to establish t venture enterprises with cooperatives comprising productive cells and act in agency between the enterprises and the country as the clients/customers.

No Nigerian will then be without work and a fair income.
