What do you mean by confirmation of biometrics If it is BVL, biometrics Validity letter, it will come with your decision letter.

Check your portal to see if your biometrics number is showing, if yes then you are good.

U want to do flight booking without paying isn't that too risky yes u can do that for hotel but ur return ticket what if u meet an overzealous imigration officer and they decide to do further checks if u still would like to do this go to dummytick for flights n bookings.cm for hotel reservation

It depends sha. At the point of application, I think a dummy ticket will do. My mom used a dummy ticket and we didn't have any issues. I also know a lot of people that used a flight itinerary and no issues. But not at the point of flying.

Pension is usually used as part hometies not proof of funds. Ofcourse you cannot even touch the money until 3 months post no work or there about.

At the point of application yes. But not at the point of flying

Yes 7 months.That's Canada for you, no one can predict there ways but so far they ask you for port request letter they will definitely give u the Visa.

My mom's own was processed in 9 business days from biometrics. And less than 3 weeks from application. I know people that theirs was shorter too. On the new portal though.
