We told them to take the lawsuit serious but the arrogant, blind red head, coconut head and power drunk Governor Abba ignored us, focus on demolishing of buildings and destruction of Kano economy not attending/delegating the court sitting, deceived himself that he can’t be remove.

Just few weeks after APC provides numerous concrete evidences challenging the victory of NNPP and Abba Kabir which is possible court will disqualify him then the blind Governor open his blind eyes to fight back but it’s too late.

2- INEC
3- NNPP (his party).

-In the lawsuit Abba wants the court to stop APC from challenging his victory.
-Stop INEC to testify that they don’t have his Primaries election result.

The problem is why didn’t the APC challenged his nomination as a pre-election matter? Why now? Just as INEC is saying it does not know about Tinubu’s Chicago $460,00 Heroine-drug forfeiture case until it was unveiled @ the PEPT. You can only choose to deceive yourself.

Truth be told...this is a pre-election matter and nothing concern the Court of Appeals with Party Primaries. The fact that INEC didnt see that and still published his name or the party logo, and the party didnt reject him is enough. APC has no business with what NNPP did or did not do. This is the problem with our country...the Judges are too lazy and they dont hire smart graduates like they do in sane countries to read and interpret for them. This matter should have been decided based on Election Day results ...and only that. I lean APC, but I also know when there is Govt Magic.
