Asides Heath Ledger, the plot of TDK is incredibly well written and keeps you at the edge of your seat from start to finish.

What I will say is go and rewatch the Dark knight again. If you want to even go use any spiderman movie to fight dark knight Both spiderverse movies and Spiderman 2 are there and still won't beat it.

From the first scene where the joker came out as the last man standing to the last where the police was looking for batman you'll know how superbly written this script was. This felt like a crime drama more than a comic book adaptation.

I found it really funny tbh and just wanted to see how it'll end...
It's billed as horror but tbh apart from the gore I didn't find it horrific just funny...

There were large parts where it felt like they left the Bear story and were telling boring human stories tho in an attempt at adding "depth to the characters".
