I am at the park now and i juust had this unusual urge to call the receiver first before sending which is not something I do, I will only inform you via text that's if the receiver is my direct customer.

So I called the girl, she picked up, I informed her that there's a package for her from her man, she asked what it was, I told her, next she hissed and started talking with a lady in the background.

The call was still ongoing, she said in Igbo " odi ka (the guy's name) dị iberibe, then in English, was that what we told him, bring cash let's buy ourselves ona ezuzugari, the other people in the background started talking siimultaneously all pointing to the fact the guy is stingy and he doesn't trust them enough to give them the cash.

Me I had to start shouting hello, hello, hello, the girl came back to the phone and said to me, " carry that rubbish and give back to whoever bought it"

from what i know, in their culture its ususally the male that inherits all the wealth so maybe they feel that a guy coming into their life msut bring the whole world to them or spend lavishly on them
