I don't think you understand how minimum wage goes. The 200k minimum wage is a proposal for Federal level. Governors can go into negotiation with State Union labour chapter on what to pay. It is not necessarily a must to pay 200k to state n Local Govt workers.

I am not sure of your expectations about leaving Nigeria but if you fit in this criteria below. Click on the link below.
1. You can work in Oman. Do your personal research about their currency which is the second highest currency in the world.
