Yes it'll be sufficient. For a 12v system, your mppt charge controller has to be large enough to accommodate 1600w or you'd be wasting power. For example you'd have to buy a 120a felicity mppt to be able to accommodate 1650w on 12v but same felicity can take 3300w on 24 v system

If you mean the breaker is btw pv and controller then u don't need to change the breaker except u are connecting all 4 in parallel. Since you will be doing 2s 2p you wont get up to 30a from your pv, ur voltage increases instead.
U can keep your 32a breaker if you do 2s2p config.

I speak for the one btw pv and controller. The breaker btw controller and battery should match the amperage of your controller.

The voltage of the s is what will determine if you should go for higher wattage of s.

Generally, it's advisable to go for more two set of same wattage (i.e 190w), this will keep you CC in safe limit

Get the 33W Qasa Standing fan.

I used it for three nights without charging.

Most of these products designed for Nigeria market from China are substandard and they are making huge profits from them compared with what they manufacture for other countries with a very strict regulatory bodies.

It works this way

If your total Imp is =/< 32A the breaker will not trip, if you have did your calculations and see that you go over 32A from Imp then you can shell out the extra funds to buy a new breaker.

If not, continue to use it, since breaker are only meant to prevent overload of a circuit and not limit the current ing through them.
