I think it is better you read the address that Tinubu's lawyer made to the Tribunal which is his arguments before the court. What the lawyer did was the right thing to do. Tinubu was not the judge and he was not instructing the justices. His lawyer was making a plea before the Court why they must rule in favour of Tinubu. I believe that helps

If the FCT Votes saga is treated anyhow, then next time only the results from one Zone will be used to determine the winner as long as the beneficial candidate pulls the highest votes as every vote is equal.

FCT is no more than any state. It is just the seat of governance and therefore should NOT in anyway be used as a yardstick to determine who wins the presidential election.
The constitution is very clear...
"Highest number of votes and at least 2/3 of the states of the federation" (with or without the FCT).
