You have conquered. Webform and emails are good ways to communicate with them. Also, check the letter sent to you, medium of communication may be stated there. They might require you to a document through your .

1. Narrate how it went and what has changed.
2. Narrate to them that the former LOA is original but was rendered void because you failed to meet the deadline for tuition deposit payment which was due to foreign exchange issue in Nigeria.
3. Show them the correspondences between you and the college-- the mail trail will serve this purpose.
4. Narrate to them that you have now been given a new LOA.
5. Show proofs of your efforts to make payment for the tuition deposit.
6. Tell them what you are doing to make the payment now.
7. Many more as deemed necessary.

Ensure each of the points above are in separate paragraphs.

I think IRCC had issue on their tracker the way people do complained this time.

I submitted my application on June 22, 2023, without biometrics because i recently gotten my visitor visa, and since then background check in progress while eligibility not started, to my surprised I gotten medical request few hours ago but not yet update on my tracker.

My GCKEY updated to medical request and when I'm trying to book for medical appointment the IOM website is acting funny when I'm about to generate my reference number before is started showing image attached below!!!!!

Well I have email the IOM to help me book appointment, the available date I saw on thier website is 17 July which I wish IOM should book me for the appointment.

I wish anyone waiting for medical request good luck soon

For the HND holder that got itted to a PhD program directly, would (s)he have been easily given a chance to go for a master's degree in Nigeria irrespective of research and job experience not to talk of a PhD program? The US universities are not like us! They know the worth! Your last paragraph connotes an attestation to HND being accepted for a PhD ission without a master's degree.

I say it again, HND is assessed to be equivalent to PGCert by WES Canada and other ECA bodies in Canada. I will like if you can debunk this is not true and that PGCert is not higher than Bachelor Degree in Canada.

In the past, people have gained ission into master's degree programs in Canada using HND. It is because people don't want to be wasting money on application fees HND holders are advised to go for PGCert. Even, bachelor's degrees 2:2-- and some 2:1 below 71%-- are not acceptable for master's degree programs in Canada. We know this. It doesn't make them inferior.

I say it again, if your HND is strong (distinction), please go for master's degree.

You should see yourself as having a better qualification and be bold.

In the UK, the US, Australia, Benin, Togo et al, they accept Nigerian HND to master's degree program direct.

Give more information on your pof. She had 2 reasons for the refusal. Insufficient finance and purpose of visit. What is she currently doing and what was she going to study? What's her educational gap?

As for the POF, what's the tuition of her program and the duration of program. Then we can know what is the required Funds.

Sponsorship letter, gift deed, docs to prove your source of income? Proof of relationship btw both of u? Pics of both of you? Evidence to probably show previous assistance? These And many more.

thanks for your response, she is my sibling, so by virtue of birth certificate , that is how i established our relationship. She owns a beauty salon and regsitered one under CAC. she finished sec sch in 2012 and ond in 2017. ever since then she has been into beauty care services and salon though she does no have a bank for the business she uses her savings for the business, she is married and she has a child with her husband though her does not really have large flows like that until i give her 10,000 cad dollars for part payment for tution fees and 3m for gift deed.Her program is 4 years program, i have a turn over of 80m with with balance of 22m. The school is located in toronto. she did ond in banking and finance and she applied for 4 years business istration course. Regarding the sop na one girl write for her. I do her most of the times u know brother sister kind of assiatnce

I prove my source of income with some business invoice, cac certificate, tax clearance certificate, landed properties, anti money Laundary certificates, business registration certificate, bank statements, certificate of lagos state real estate regulation Authority, all these documents have used to get visas into Britain,Ireland and Schenghen countries. So what else can i do for her, just want help her , how can we tweak this application, can we just wait for next ission round or whats the best thing to do, does the denial has anything to do with my ing documents or what, advise is welcom

Don't worry. If you checked previous pages, you will realize that you're not alone in this. Definitely there are many VO's reviewing applications, maybe a few of them have backlogs cause I don't see any other logical reason for this (7 weeks + )processing time

Thanks for accepting that HND is acceptable for masters, and even PhD, directly by some universities. At least you are forced to accept that based on data presented.

Success rate is not tied to whether you choose PGC or master's degree. Your situation which is dependent on many factors determines your success rate.

Some of these factors are:
1. Home Ties.
2. Purpose of Study.
3. Financial Sufficiency.
4. Academic/Career Progression.
5. Accuracy on presentation etc.
