All I can see are jobs created which are ing citizens of the country. Some of these cars are exported and they earn revenue for the country. I am proud of Innoson and what the company has achieved. I pray they achieve even more.

It's only the igboman that believes in his own lies and tells it to the world are a truth but the world knows it's a lie. There's a different between assembling and manufacturing. Assembling involves bringing parts already manufactured together. It involves welding, bolting, and coupling etc. Manufacturing on the other hand involves producing parts from their primitive forms like pressing, forging, deg, using molten metal to form parts with the different types of casting etc.
You guys can deceive the gullibles but know this: so long as you don't use molten metal, forge or use the press, you dey joke.

like I said, you can only deceive the gullibles. Yes, a car manufacturing company cannot produce all its part. But the are some basic things that they must produce. The most important of them all is that the car must have a very distinct shape different from other cars. It must not be a copy. What innoson is doing is to go to China, collect leftovers of a car manufacturing company , bring it to Nigeria and assemble. Oga, that is not manufacturing. Innoson is like a branch of a Chinese manufacturing company in Nigeria with a different name.

Actually, you are mistaken.

There is nothing in these pictures that is fundamentally different from the manufacturing plants of Ford, BMW or Toyota.

They will have robots everywhere now but 20yrs ago all their plants looked like this with just a sprinkling of mechanised arms.

The 2004 cars peeps are driving today were produced in plants that looked like this.

With time Innosun will upgrade his plants to meet current global specs but for now, this is good enough.

Of course, nothing is good enough for haters.
