I've got Hay fever. Hence I must not inhale dust, grain pollen, smoke etc for too long. Otherwise my throat, nose and eyes go show me pepper. It affected my eyes badly during my university days that i had to put on dark shade. My eyes were so reddish that you'd think i smoked. It was exam period then and i couldn't read. The doctor that gave me medications specifically warned me to avoid my triggers that I'm prone to asthama.

Dust mites feed on dead skin cells found on bedsheets. When they feed on them, they poop there too. Their poop contains high levels of allergens.

People who claim to be allergic to dust and smoke are in fact reacting to the allergens in dust mite poop.

I have this problem too. It reduced drastically when I started paying a bit more attention to my bedding.

I don't use a bedsheet longer than 1 week. And the thing is I can go 3 months without a single sneeze. Something that was an impossibility in the past.

It's a great day if I one day without a sneeze. I was actually diagnosed with chronic sinusitis

You don't need a special cleaning agent.

You just need a regular hygiene routine.

You won't find mites on Bedsheets that are clean. At least not in concentrations enough to trigger allergies

solution,do not eat starchy food all the time
always eat soup and swallow
soups with enough vegetable,the veg will neutralize the starchy part in the swallow

avoid patotoes at cost, spaghetti also,they have high sugar content,eat small rice with veg,yam is also has high sugar content, small yam with beans.

now a days,i eat soups, bitter leaf,egusi,ogbono with any swallow, morning, afternoon and night every day,since then,the itching stops
i only eat rice with beans on Sundays

try my eating pattern,and see for yourself

Sunlight is my prob,I am photophobic.i cant drive at night only in emergency situations,bright lights worry me so much,when I bath with sponge my body itches.i also dont like milk,purges me most times,eggs too
