There are a lot of that studies on the internet. How you already wrote the proposal for a place you have not seen is another thing. It's not possible to already have the feasibility study of a place you don't know, so I think you just made a generic study which I'm not willing to pay for. If I want a feasibility study from you, you have to be there, access the roads, check the homes etc. What If I want to do this in a village? You don't know, so you can't have the study with you.

As part of the implementation plan you saw feasibility study which of course has its own cost estimate. That would be more detailed with onsite analysis. This is a guide

For a 10ton (about equipments and installation) estimate #24m
For a 20ton estimate #33m
Price can still rise due to unstable fx

For civil structures in the land, that depends on the taste of the owner
