Appart from the fact that this screen is scarce in the market, the price is on the high side – 38k, at least.

My advice: gather money and buy another phone. But if you think you can afford it, then go for it. Am available to help you procure it.

The board is 5k, you need to find a way to boost the battery first to confirm nothing is wrong with the device

I don't know but you should be able to change it, just open the back cover, unscrew the speaker and replace the board there.

No soldering at all, just a star screw driver

Open the back cover, unscrew the bottom, replace the charging board and screw it back, put back the back cover
