—Proceedings Began At About 2:35pm

—LP’s Legal Team Was Led by Dr Livy Uzoukwu And Proceedings by PIN Ikwueto SAN, Ikechukwu Ezechukwu SAN & Peter Afuba SAN.

—HE Peter Obi Was Absent but Ladi Iliya Represented LP (2nd Petitioner)

—1st Witness of the Day but 8th So Far (PW8) Was Called Up. Chubuike Ugboke is an Expert Witness and Cyber Security Expert

—All Respondents Objected to the Cross Examination of this Witness Stating That His Statement Was Served To Them This Morning

—Court Agreed to Carry on With Examination in Chief but Cross Examination Will Be Done Tomorrow

—His Subpoena Was Tendered, No Objection and Was itted by Court.

—His Witness Statement on Oath (WSOO), A Copy of A Document Described as Metadata and Another Document Titled ‘Alleged Plot to Abandon Online Transmission of Polling Units Results’ Signed by Festus Okoye Were Presented, Objected To by Respondents and itted by Court.

—2nd Witness for the Day but 9th So Far(PW9), Onoja Loko Sunday, A Staff of Women/Child Rescue Initiative (A non-profit organization), Was Called Up.

—His Subpoena Was Tendered, No Objection & itted by Court

—His WSOO & ID Card Were Tendered, Objected To By Respondents & itted By Court

—He Was Cross Examined by Respondents and the Highlights Are

>>He was an election observer; Voting & counting went well, form EC8A was duly signed and LP won but results were not ed from PU but taken to collation centre.

—3rd Witness For the Day, 10th So Far (PW10), Kephas Iya, A Civil Servant, Was Called Up.

—He was Cross Examined by Respondents and the Highlights Are

>> He was an INEC Adhoc Staff and non-partisan .

>>He and a certain Suleiman Mustapha supervised 24 units in Malagali ward in Adamawa State.


—The Following Documents Were Tendered:

1. List certified by INEC containing the total number of ed voters and PVCs collected

2. Certified True Copies of Certificate of Compliance in Edo State

3. CTCs of supplementary iREV documents for Benue State

4. CTCs of iREV report for 3 LGAs in Benue State

5. CTCs of supplementary iREV documents for 2 LGAs in Cross Rivers State

6. CTCs of iREV reports for 12 LGAs in Lagos State.

7. CTC of iREV report for 1 LGA in Gombe State

—All Were Objected To By Respondents but itted by Court.

Peter Obi and Jagaban are the same peole, they are just decamping from party to another. But jagaban patiently waited for his time.

Everybody knows the truth. Tinubu made it clear that people didn't vote for him. Mamood Yakubu actually imposed him on Nigerians. The question is,"Can the court give us the needed justice in this case?". The end shall provide the much needed answer.

Today will mostly be dominated by cross examination of lp witnesses by the top-notch lawyers of the respondents.another whitewashing beckons

So far, Peter Obi's people have submitted enough evidence to prove that
1. Shettima had another nomination before he was declared Tinubu's running mate
2. Tinubu didn't get 25% of Abuja votes, which is a constitutional requirement
3. Cast doubt on how INEC arrived at the decision that Tinubu won, especially as there were thousands of blurred results, and huge discrepancies in certain states.

The only point Peter Obi now has to prove is that he actually won that election. Even though I know he has submitted EC8A forms for the election, the prosecution still needs to collate the exact results in those forms, as the court may not have time to go through that mountain of evidence.

All I can say at the moment is that Peter Obi has proven enough points for the judges to cancel that election and call for a re-run. He needs to do a bit more for the courts to have enough evidence to declare him the winner.

How exactly did Tinubu make the contents of the bolded text clear?

Don't just use words, at least make an effort to justify them.

The Tribunal Judges will give Nigerians justice, of that I fully believe.

Focus more on Pétérù's legal team giving them proof about votes cast in their favour and either discounted or given to other candidates.

1) the shettima case has been settled by the supreme court.it is an internal affair of a party to be raised before elections.

2) the 25% case is ambiguous but I can tell you that the judges will likely thrash it.moreover,a rerun emanating from it will involve only tinubu and atiku.obi so far has not canvassed anything on that and his case ends tomorrow.

3) obi only cast fractional and isolated doubts not enough to affect the overall outcome.those blurred results was from irev which is secondary copy.he should have used the hard copy from his agents or inec to compare and contrast.
Obi is no more saying he won because he didn't,he just wants to castigate the elections as much as he can damaging inec public reputation.
So far,peter has not proven anything.it us like throwing sand in a river.
