The national assembly needs to a law that stops the DSS from detaining anyone for more than 3 days without charging them to court

I dont know if the law that set up DSS is different from the constitution. The constitution says that when the authorities arrest a suspect, they must charge the person to court within 3 days. However, if there is need to hold the suspect longer than 3 days, the authorities must approach a court and get a court order to do so

This situation where the DSS will arrest someone, deny them access to Lawyers and family , detain then for weeks, months, even years, without any charge, is absolutely ludicrous

This is an assault on the constitutional rights of the people and an infringement on their fundamental human rights

How can you justify detaining people for months without charge? What is that?
