No the lawyer didn’t, verification mail was from the March visit. You know verification is done once so they literally verified my son through me, na for my matter most of the documents to be verified dey lol

It seems to me as though the verification email timeline is random. It is just disturbing that the longer one does not get the email the more one has reasons to think something might be wrong. Six months after interview and 3 months after Lawyer's visit and absolute nothing from the Embassy. Even the foreign authority is waiting for them They are not replying emails. At this point, na to just forget.

But expiry date is not written on the exam result. why do they even say it expires after one year. ?

I had my appointment in January. I haven't seen my lawyer yet. 😔 The matter tire me.

Booked appointment for my son & I in July 2021

Got appointment for him (port) Feb 2022 so the verification for both of us started then

Lawyer visited in March same year

Then I got appointment for myself in September to come submitted my documents as mine & my sons’ couldn’t be merged cause our applications were different

Was asked to Submitted my port in April 2023 which I did about a week after (May)

port was delivered with visa in May as well.

But why is it really so difficult getting a German visa?why must it take years and stress to get it through even when all documentation are exacts and correct?why is Poland ,Italy ,Sweden and other European countries very easy to access in less than a month?aren’t those the same route to enter in an hour?

Recently some people for the family reunion visa did not pay, verification was not even done. Some didn't pay on the day of the appointment but were asked to pay later. It is not clear yet the yard stick which they use to determine who pays or not. I do not think it is Blue Card, someone I know whose spouse, the verification was not done for this year does not even have a Blue Card, however earns up to the Blue Card threshold though. Please let us know how your goes.

Yes you can. I submitted mine 2months after my interview although I was told that I can submit whenever it was ready. I wasn't given a time frame. But I'd say its better to try and submit before you are asked.
