I claim it by faith oh but yes, I love heels so much.

I wore heels recently to one seminar. I chose to wear a comfortable one because I knew it was going to be a long day.

Wearing heels and falling while on it is not a funny experience at all. I experienced this earlier this year after series of meetings and my legs hurt the whole day. The heels was high, I had injuries though.

Recently, flats or anything less than 4 inches. Max. I’m on the comfort train now.

I love that of 4" to 4.5". Just that I can't wear them to the office when using public transport. Trekking with heels from the bus stop to the office is so bothersome for me cos you'll hardly see keke/bike in that area. Lolz

It can only happen when I'm using a private ride.

Be seeing women wearing sneakers or something comfortable to work and change to their heels or whatever when they get to work. Maybe you can give it a try. Then you can me for footwear to stay ahead of the competition that will follow.

My ideal heel height is 3inch. I'm very comfortable with this height and I don't look too dramatic in it. Spool, Kitten or Wedge Heels are my preference

I don't think there's any such thing as ideal heel height.
I guess they serve different purposes, they go with different choice of outfit.

Though i am 5FT.7, i find it difficult to wear flats, i love stilettoes ,but after 3 kids i do no 4

Relating this to 2023 General Election. Peter Obi is 6". Stands tall in acceptance, widely loved but will create locomotive disaster if Government was entrusted to him. Baba is 2"; maligned, despised, & underrated but will create a balanced Nation.

Flats are sexy and reduce any chance of falls. Stay in shape and you won’t need this pointless enhancement. Sha, some tall guys like short girls who wear heels. I’m not tall and don’t care.
