I think what they are trying to say is that...they are still yet to some ppl because they are doing it in batches and hence you should not panic if you see that you've not yet been ed...they will still you later. From the mail, they said you should always try later not that you should panic.

She will be more comfortable with her laptop because the screen is bigger than that of a phone. But she can use phone. With her laptop, she will see the question and the options to the answer at the same time. But with phone, she will read the answers, then scroll down to see the options to the answer.
