You want to move into another country's airspace without permission? Where in the world is that done?

Your aircraft will be shut down asap and they're at liberty to do that without any implications because you've violated the rules and you can't cruise a ship over another country's shores without permission, that's violation of rules, that ship will be grounded

So the FG needs all security clearance before they can do anything, even if its the UNITED STATE that is going to evacuate her citizens, they'll still need to get clearance, not because they're the big brother of the world for that reason they have liberty to fly over a country's airspace or cruise by their shores.

Nigeria needs all security assurance before evacuate can be made.
