Blossom Chukwujekwu really killed it. His performance was lit. The accent, the body gesture and all were so on point. I never knew Evans, but I'm damn sure he Blossom, mimicked him to perfection.

Not trying to glorify crime or something, but Evans I'd say is one of the smartest criminals I've read about. Dude never went to school, yet he's smarter than those who did, no wonder he was able to evade the police all those years.

In my books, this was way better than Gangs of Lagos.

Ghosted 6.5/10
Genre: Comedy Action

It was funny and action packed, and the Marvel Cameos really added a special touch to the movie.

Don't overthink things with this one, just go with the flow and enjoy the movie.

Mosul...8/10
Genre: War, Action, Biopics

In 2016, an elite Iraq special force known as SWAT combed through the city of Mosul in a bid to flush out ISIS that has held the city captive since 2014.

This is a dramatic depiction of what happened that day,Based on real life events .

The Last Kingdom: Seven Kings Must Die..... 7/10

It's as if this series just drops in quality with each ing season. Some storyline and writing especially actions of some major characters just seem ly too dumb to truly be an adaptation of real life events.
Still entertaining as usual with the thrills, the fights, the military tactics and the regional politics as well as the great actors and location design.

Some of the plotlines and story progression just seemed clichΓ© already based on how same formula have been repeatedly reused in the previous seasons of the original TV show. Overall, it still shines through because of the protagonist and his band of trusted brothers.

Finally we have an ending to this saga.

Comparing Gangs of Lagos to this one is like comparing Shazam Fury of the Gods to Avengers End Game

The Dictator (2012)..... 9.5/10

Now this is what you call a satirical piece that delivers its intent without pulling punches. A political piece about dictatorship in fictional Wadiya republic in North Africa.

Modelled after Libyan dictator Gaddafi and behavioural mixture with Kim Jong Il, the Former North Korean dictator as well as known traits synonymous to dictatorships worldwide.

The film focuses on Aladeen, a brutal dictator sworn to fight against democracy, he travels to New York to address the United Nations Security Council. However, his plans go south when a hitman hired by his uncle, Tamir, kidnaps him.

This movie had me in stitches from the start to finish. It's hilarious to the core I was howling throughout the movie. Too many numerous hilarious and ridiculous scenes in this movie.

While it's very funny, it does have several reasonable topics or sociopolitical ideologies it touched upon. It just took real life scenarios and juiced it with an epic dose of Dark Comedy.
Of course that's why it's a SATIRE.

Sacha Baron Cohen is a mad man... πŸ˜‚ The entire cast delivered and there was hardly any underperforming actor.

It's kinda funny how it has low Rotten tomatoes and IMDb ratings. This is the kinda movie critics are gonna be pissed about cos it basically spits facts. While it's making a mockery of dictators found mostly in other regions of the world it's subtly also throwing shades at capitalist libertarian Western World. 😭

It's a must watch if you're a fan of Sacha, Dark Comedies or Political Satire. πŸ˜‰πŸ˜ƒ
