I was having unauthorised deductions from my GTBank since the naira swap policy so when my February was paid on the 13th of march,I deposited 33,000 into my my bet9ja .So whenever I wanted to buy something,I withdraw money from the and pay with the ATM card, which I did twice. On the 14th which was the following day,bet9ja disabled my on the offence that I was using the for money laundering without playing game which they claimed is against their policy.I tried to make them understand that I mostly play on weekends but they insisted on blocking the .I went to check their policy to ascertain their claim and it is true but it didn't state that I'll have to forfeit the fund. The policy says If I can come up with a means of identification and evidence of payment directly from my ed bank to their ,that the money will be disbursed back to me.And they actually requested for the ID and evidence of payment which I provided only to message me that I 'll have to forfeit the money.I've reported to the NATIONAL LOTTERY REGULATORY COMMISSION since 22nd of March and they replied that they are looking into my complaint.Up till now,I've not gotten any reposnse, negative or positive. The issue is like that of FG not obeying supreme court verdict.

Billionaire2:Agreed that I unknowingly failed their policy but it was never stated in the so-called policy that the money will be forfeited.I did follow all the guidelines that will help in the recovery of the moneyas outlined by them but they are still hell bent on withholding the money |
