Félicien Kabuga is a Rwandan businessman who is accused of financing and arming the Interahamwe militia during the Rwandan genocide of 1994.He was born on April 1, 1935, in Muniga, Rwanda. He was a wealthy businessman who made his fortune in tea and coffee trading.
