I successfully ordered a few items last year December on AliExpress and got my order on January this year but after that I tried making another order but my debit card keeps getting declined, I’ve tried other cards but they’re also not working, but instead they keep on saying this

INTERNATIONAL transaction is no longer allowed on Naira Debit card, you can Only purchase Using a dollar card.

The option of dollar card seem cumbersome and attracts extra charges. If only the banks will be creative and bring their own rates closer to black market rates.
