I must confess the phone is as good as brand new, fastest phone I have used so far, battery life is exceptional. I woke up to my Samsung s20 ultra being dead, I have tried charging it but the charging icon does not show up to ascertain if it's charging or not.

I tried the charger with another device and the charger is working properly.
Nothing happened to the phone, I used it around 530 am and when I woke up by 8am it was dead and not charging.

Dunno what to do.

I have tried the volume and power key option, nothing happened.

Please help

sorry about dis..but the truth is that, your phone screen is dead... I ed dis happened to me couple of months ago on my few months old Samsung...I woke up that day and used my phone just couple of minutes later...the phone went blackout...I was so worried and keep going from one engineer to another because I don't believe the fault is the screen...but I later bought another screen on Amazon and the phone start working again...so brother...your phone screen is gone...if you have enough money, you can get new screen from any vendors here on nairaland or Amazon and if you don't have much, you can get a screen on aliexpress.. just search for the one with a single dot and the price will be really low...just follow your budget

You probably slept/rolled over or pressed the screen wrongly while sleeping. It won't just go off like that

Thanks brov. Just like you, I still find it hard to believe its the screen, I tried calling my number and it says switched off and my Watch is not connected as well which means the phone is off. When I press the power button, I don't get a vibration which normally comes up when the phone gets switched. These behavior is making me doubt its the screen but anything can happen tho.

The phone did not fall of hit anything. I'm still surprised.

I did not sleep on it. The phone was not even on my bed.
When you say "pressed he screen wrongly" what does that mean?
