My friend said it does mean.

Please guru help out. To me, it does not make any sense any longer since it has been updated on the IRCC Secured Portal as Biometric Completed.

1. If your spouse is sharing a two-bedroom apartment with someone else and the house is in the other occupant's name. Does this have any issue for your spouse? Will IRCC investigate where your spouse lives if it's adequate for the family she's inviting?

2. If the above is presumed correct, is it advisable for your spouse to go ahead and rent another apartment to bear the family name or what?

3. After medicals, is it appropriate to the proof of medical done before IOM/Qlife informs IRCC of your ed medicals, or when is it proper to it?

You should reapply or apply for reconsideration by sending the documents with a letter

Apply for reconsideration

Apply for Judicial Review. Because it seemed the VO goofed by mentioning he assessed your file under a different program, there is every likelihood you will get a settlement offer for the judicial review and an eventual reopening and approval of your application.

the journey could be long and a little expensive but its a surer means than just reapplying.

if you reapply you will go through the processing time again anyways.
