Did biometrics with my family on Thursday last week 9/3/23.
Have been tracking on the website since then and today, it showed application transferred to VAC for me and my kids. My partners own is still showing “received at dmc”.
There’s been no interview, no nsf , no brp, no decision mail, nothing at all. The only reason I know it’s been transferred is because I tracked it.
Now I’m tensed. I don’t know if decision has been made, and what decision has been made.
Also, I’m worried about my partner’s own that is still at DMC according to the tracker.

Is this normal? Has anyone heard or experienced this?

1.It is one month from yesterday since your port was returned, you have 2weeks left to get your IHS refunded, I would advise to wait it out and them from 1st week in April if IHS is not refunded by then.

2. That seems to be the preferred option, ensure the funds are for your study in the UK and not just 28days


3. No, each new application will be assessed separately however, the ECO can refer to your previous history and ask for additional documents

In this case, since you withdrew your application because you didn't have relevant evidence to back up your claim regarding your brother sponsoring you,then they might dig a bit deeper into your origin of funds since you will now be supplying your own bank statement. Be prepared for that

Big No.... you can only use your parent or spouse for POF, you can't use your brother or sisters own, except they have court document to proof that they are your sole guardian...
