Ayodeb: aieromon: I think there is an option to change your service address somewhere in the starlink app. So like if you are moving or changing location, you can delete the old one and update with the new. Not 100% certain though 1 Like |

toluxa1:Mine took 11 days before I got the shipped notification. I suspect they had stock in Lagos earlier in the month, that's why those who ordered very early in the month received theirs in record time. But have since ran out of stock in Nigeria. They now ship from the US. I am yet to receive mine though. Check shows it got to Abuja earlier today. If it's not delivered today, I guess I will have to wait till next week, given that tomorrow is the general elections. |

confluence: 3:30pm On Feb 24, 2023 |

How true is this for those who have used inside rain? https://nairametrics.com/2023/03/07/starlink-s-in-nigeria-lament-poor-connectivity-whenever-it-rains/ 1 Like |

toluxa1: It is to be expected. Anything wey DSTV dey do, just expect Starlink to behave the same way. It is based off the same technology (satellite). What is left to understand is if there are any solutions that low orbit satellites can offer to mitigate this experience. This highlights one of the reasons this service isn’t to ultimate broadband solution for Nigeria. I think however, that it’ll drive competition in the right direction though. 1 Like |

Dracula123:Good morning. I used Klasha virtual Visa card to order. Others have used Payday. Starlink itself recommends the use of Payday. it from your device's app store. |
seunpayne(m): 9:56am On Mar 08, 2023 |
toluxa1: Can’t say about the band. Just the technology in principle. I expect it would improve as they launch more satellites. |

Dracula123:If you have up to the required amount, which is $587.93, loaded on the card, then maybe it's a downtime on Payday's side. You may try again after a few hours. |
