Hello, I'm planning on switching my pixel 4a to 6a. I don't like huge screen device. The Pixel 4a size is perfect for my small hands 😅. I wish phone manufacturers would consider making smaller screen size in the future. Anyway, is anyone currently using the 6a? How's the experience so far?

The phone is great, but it heats up during normal use sha. You can feel the heat on the metal frame more than the back cover. Asides that, great phone

Thank You. I can't deal with the heat biko! When my pixel 4a heats up, I get a notification with the random "phone temperature is too hot" and every other thing would be temporary suspend. I guess I'd go with the Pixel 7.

If your 4a was doing that, something was wrong. It's not a generic thing. ALL modern smartphones get hot. All of them. Including the iphone 14 pro max. No phone is immune from heating up, especially in our climate. Don't kid yourself.

That 7 you want to buy, it will get hot from time to time. I use the 6a and a 7 pro, and they get hot from time to time. Get your 4a checked out abeg. It's not a general pixel thing

Buy the 6 pro if you want to go lower than the 7 pro. You can get it for like 350 here on NL.

Lol, even with the heat on the 6a, I've never gotten that pop up. The frame is hotter because it's metal and you feel it there because that's where you hands rest on.

All in all, if you can afford the 7, why not?
