So what exactly is/was your argument? Moreover not everyone is like you that waited for several years before getting ission. Kids these days start processing their ission immediately they finish high school and waec certificates aren't usually ready until after about 3-5 years. And your uniben must it .. so?

You can use your printout for the clearance. Most school don't give a damn about your waec certificate. So far your waec printout carries your exam number , ur good to go.

U should have asked a question. Those whose certificate are not ready are cleared with printout but those whose theirs are ready must present it, scan and it to the student portal...
Don't circle affidavits, they also request for affidavits of good conduct, affidavits of age declaration where birth certificate is not available, affidavit of non hip of secret cult. Those affidavits has nothing to do with Waec certificate

Go and get court affidavit and move on. I had similar issue, all effort to get it corrected proved abortive. I paid 10k to WAEC and they were in possession of my original certificate for more than 2 years, still they didn't get it corrected. I'm using that same WAEC certificate in conjunction with court affidavit. To the glory of God, I've gotten to the point that nobody ask about my first degree certificate again not to talk of WAEC certificate that I wrote in 1996.[/quote]

Same issue with my Waec. It's better you get an affidavit and move on. The process of getting it corrected is rigorous and sometimes takes time for the changes to be effected.

Can I also attach an affidavit to my certificate for a Visa application? I av a correct DOB on the notification of result but a wrong DOB on the certificate. Or better still present the notification of result that reflect the correct DOB.

You don't need to waste your time on this just visit waec office ogba it will be resolved.

If you want any assist just chat me for free, the normal long process is 10k they told me it would be delayed for like 3months.

But If wanted it now I would pay like 20k though not inside staff but someone help me facilitate it. My error on date of birth was corrected next day. I paid 20k and i changed mine.

It's been stopped they now issue letter now. I thank God I did mine then.

don't try it better look for a genuine Dr Paul to help you to correct your Waec date of birth
