It's like unilag ain't forthcoming anymore .. same thing repeat itself over and over again, making me seeing myself as a failure. seeing people younger than me in medical school while I'm still here makes me sad .This time is gonna be different indeed, I need a federal institution that doesn't requires much Olevel with low tuition fees excluding UI .

Sorry about your experience with Unilag. God has a greater option ahead for you.
Based on the criteria you highlighted, I will recommend you try schools like Uniuyo, Udusok, Buk, Uniben, Unical. These schools don't consider O'level when it comes to ission and their school fees are cheap to some reasonable extent.
