Lesson My Fellow Igbo Brothers Should Learn About Nigeria Politics (2963 Views)
(1) Go Down)
DAVIDMOE(m): 11:35pm On Feb 26, 2023 |
The first lesson my brothers should learn is that you don't play politics with emotions. Politics is a war and all the contestant use everything in their disposal to fight it. The only way for an Igbo man to grab that presidential power is through alignment with other people, but will that happen when we abuse others? No. If Tinubu becomes president today, El rufai will start nursing the idea of contesting after him because he played a major role in making Tinubu a president. However, when it comes to my igbo brothers forming alliance with others, our bad mouth will distroy everything. No body is clean in politics! It is all about personal interest and game of numbers. I would have loved the outcome of this election if we "the igbos" would have voted en mass for a much popular candidate. At least, when the person wins, we will have hope of getting presidency one day. We voted against the two major parties which means we may wail for another 4 years ![]() 40 Likes 5 Shares |

DAVIDMOE:This was the same thing Soludu said, but he was insulted. PO should have been patient in PDP. If we won together, he will automatically assume as the preferred candidate when Atiku steps down but strong head no gree am. Now they threw the contest wide open and Tinubu might eventually clinch it if care is not taken. 18 Likes 2 Shares |

There no lesson to learn Tinubu is not the best for this country You can't bully to Igbos or Blackmail them to if. Once he gets to aso rock let him Annihilate the Igbos if can.. Or chase the entire Igbos in Lagos 16 Likes 4 Shares |

Total rubbish. What you meant to say is that Igbo should learn the politics of brigandage, murder, arson, thuggery, and "carry and go". THAT IS NOT IGBO. Even if we keep losing elections in Nigeria, at least Nigeria will keep being in darkness (no light, no hospital, no jobs, no schools, useless national currency). Is that what you want Igbo to accept and imbibe? You are living in lalaland if you think Igbo would ever accept those things just because of presidency. What does it benefit a man to gain the whole world and lose his soul. So, park well jo. ![]() 22 Likes 1 Share |

DAVIDMOE: Don’t be silly dude. Obasanjo and Falae were offered slots from the main parties to contest in 1999.Both are Yorubas. Then Yar’ardua and Buhari contested from the two leading parties. Both Hausa Fulanis. So, this time around, why can’t they in the spirit for fairness give the slots of the leading political parties to Ndigbo?. Stop claiming Igbo because you are none. 10 Likes 2 Shares |

DAVIDMOE:There is no way an Igbo can get power if peter loses this election. To much tribal hatred exists. It's understandable good governance is prayed for but nepotism is just too rooted in the society. All bets is hands of presidential politics. 2 Likes |

Every foolish and dumb yoruba fool will mention Igbo in other to make a point. Every foolish Igbo will mention Yoruba in other to make a point. You morons are clearly used to suffering while blaming it on your fellow country men, while the politicians enjoy their loot. You OP is under generational spell. 6 Likes 2 Shares |

DAVIDMOE:Just continue deceiving yourself. Pdp that was the ruling party then was a party Igbos ed, yet pdp didn't think of zoning president or vice to southeast. My take is that 1) the election was rigged 2) the last thing northerners will do is to give Igbos the opportunity to rule because they think that Igbos will divide this country. Not that Tinubu has the best strategy for him to get good vote in the north, it is because the north feels save to a Yoruba man than south south and southeast. 5 Likes |

DAVIDMOE: Igbo people are not united behind Obi. Makinde and other some politicians from opposition camps are ing Tinubu. Igbo leaders could not sacrifice their ambition for their son. The truth is north would never vote for an igbo man as long as yoruba, SS or northerner are on the ballot. SS people are not identifying with you just as NC people do not want to be identified with hausas. Igbo can only by President through a military coup in the current Nigeria. 2 Likes |

SpatialKing: How ironic it is that your name looks like Spartan king , now you should go and study the Spartans and how their civilization ended because they couldnt make alliances with their fellow Greeks. Well Tinubu is more intelligent than thinking of annihilating the Igbos or chasing them out of Lagos. You're just the paranoid one . And it's funny y'all still can't see that the leaders of Lagos are the ones calming the tension of Yorubas considering the over bearing attitude from the Igbos in Lagos yet you still blame your protector. 1 Like |

nnamdi640:it all boils down to trust n perception Igbos are not trusted n d north see them as enemies no thanks to nnamdi kanu n how u igbos echoed everything he said They prefer to work with d Yorubas they trust that the igbos with vile n uncouth utterances If u lose n still going back to calling Nigeria a zoo u can’t get anything, even if u lose restrategize, try to form alliance with d north, work with kwankwanso even if it will b as vp first Imagine if peter obi n kwankwanso worked together n obi is vp Reason I said obi should b vp is cos majority of northerners don’t trust igbos to vote them as president for now Check d northern results n u will see that obi is non existent |
