No, the minimum standard working hour for full time employment is 34 or 35hrs if i'm right.

But there is something called "minimum rate" and "going rate" for each role, and your base pay which your employer is offering you must be equal to or higher than going rate.

So to be safe, a reduction in hours (which shouldn't be less than the minimum full time working hours) will keep you safe or a very high hourly rate should be offered to you.

I just got a face to face invite from a company in the UK after ing the first phase of the interview. I have written to then for it to be done online but they insisted on seeing me face to face. What kinda job is it....if its a big deal job...U fit try your luck with embassy oooo.....

Is the company very much aware u are overseas....or did u use a UK address or phone number to apply?

It cost companies money to hire from abroad..thats why they avoid it......Small company will pay 199£ + immigration skill charge of 364 per year to sponsor while a large company will pay 199£ + 1000£ per year....

so be sure they are aware of your status and willingness to sponsor... no go waste plane money

Bro. Wetin u dey pick and carry till 23rd of march go meet you for naija. Seems ur village people dey wink you small small. First ur start date was 11th, Ur employer no talk , Now, U dey wait make u wait till your cos expire for ur hand in naija. Lol. My brother. I wish say u be my brother. Nah original oriamo cord I go wire am. Once u get ur visa. Atmost 2 weeks. Japa straight away. By ticket of 2 weeks ahead because of cost. That's enough.

Ur 3 months Visa has over ruled ur COS ...Just ensure you leave before ur vignette expires. Odikwarisky.

Work reference letter stating the start date of the job and how long she has been working there.

In the letter, her job roles was stated like experience personal care,medication istration,etc Google can help

And she already has the reference letter since January,it was one of the requirements before she was issued COS.

So the date on the reference letter showed January,not February that they requested for additional documents.

Qualification
Florence care training certificate she did since October 2022, it is valid for one year. She submitted about 20 D training in one pdf attachment.

She did not answer the question of recruitment verbally.

She submitted the letter of interview invitation on the care home company letter head.
The letter answers the questions too. It was sign by the company HR.

Family photo (added this as someone got nsf to for thier kids)
Consent letter for each child signed by both parents and stating custody details.

YES, and It has to be UKVI oo and they only write it on Tuesday and Sunday. You have to be very careful so that you will not go and for Regular. both are computer based
