confluence: For my order, Starlink included 14 days free Internet that started counting from the day equipment was shipped. I got equipment 3 days after shipment so that translated to 11 free days. 2 Likes |

annass227:Use Speedtest.net app by Ookla, see if the result is any different. Also, check for obstruction, I suspect there's a lot of obstruction where your dish is placed. Lastly, split the 2.4ghz and 5ghz channels, and use the faster 5ghz 2 Likes 1 Share |

purplekayc:No there is no obstructions There consultation is in development stage, so service will get better as more satellite come online. The service is great, if it works. But from my experience they don't have good customer . That said, if the service or any of the hardware get issues, know that you're on your own. It take more than a week before reply to my issues. 1- there is a bot, take longer before you get human intervention. 2- there consultation is getting better. 3- the app make always State the state of your service Offline, Online, Searching, Obstructed with more information in the statistics section of the app. 4 - I did enjoy the service, while the service is better than anything I have tried, I don't get the promise speed and latency. ( I have to wait for more satellite to get to their orbit, so that my area will be served better) at least that's what the bot told me. 1 Like |
