He did well, but it seems those who always rejoice over these basic infrastructure are kind of benefiting from it especially through award of contract. Most of these projects don't have any direct impact on the masses. These kind of wastage happens when there is free money from oil/gas. If every region were to be managing themselves, I doubt if these kind of projects will come up. There is so much going on in all these kind of projects being done. Majority of these politicians are Street wise so they know what they are doing. For example just imagine knows into yahoo yahoo and scams eventually find themselves in government they will organise projects in way to will enrich themselves. it's just common sense. A politicians from all regions are very wasteful.
