I went back to Teltwine (the ISP I was using before). Those ones too are not any better with thier snail-like speed. Currently on 16,750/m plan and hardly get upto 3Mbps..i am suffering and smiling

I stay in Surulere Lagos..

Fibre One would av been a better option, but they are not yet in my location

Any idea how good their service is? I met someone using it lately (Home Fiber Wired) and he said they're good. But I wouldn't mind hearing more opinions about their quality of service. Customer , speed, and uptime reliability.

My location is at Lekki, Orchid Road.

I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place. one being NgCom (score: 3.3) and the other FiberOne (score: 3.2). Reviews on google for both services aren't very encouraging.

I recently switched to this company NgComm and it has been nothing but very good and the customer service is excellent too. I’m on the fiber wired plan, This is my second month with them and I can tell you there has only been maybe less than half an hour downtime. I was using Connekt broadband radio and my god I was frustrated. Some months were better but I generally got a downtime at least 3 times a week and those might last hours sometimes. Most times it’s not downtime, the server is critically slow and I was on 15k/month which they claim is 12mbps.

Now On the base plan with NgComm @ 11500/month, I’ll attach a screenshot of the Speer test. Bear in mind I took this test while streaming on two TVs 65’ and 32’ simultaneously.

Although I get buffers here and there sometimes but that only takes max 3 seconds then it’s back running but I can’t complain as it is the base plan at just 11500 unlimited.

One more thing the set up was 38k

Yeah, I'm using NgCom right now, And the speed has been great!
I paid for the 45mbps plan and I've been really enjoying it.

By the time they get to Amuwo Odofin, the speed drops to thrash.

Lol yes they supplied a ZTE router and the honest the coverage is crap, Only about 20Meters. Go out of that range then you need to get an extender. The router tho doesn’t determine the internet speed or quality.

You will find it very useful, I set it up for a serviced apartment and my clients rarely complain. We know how clients can be when something don’t work for two seconds
