we applied for a work visa from Nigeria in august 2022 ..in September the COS was out we applied for the visa in October and went for the bio metrics in the same October which for the main applicant was priority which is suppose to be out in 5 biz days..so we waited for weeks and we didn't get no response from them..3 weeks later we got a response asking for additional information which we provided...now we have to wait again since mid November till December 6 before we got another email saying the application was refused because they think we are trying to deceive them with one of our document. And i was so sure we didn't give any bad document..so i the working place where we worked and got out reference letter from...they said they ed them and they gave them the right response and then again to the school we went and the mix up was from the school where she did her 18month course...now we got the letter from the school and filled for istrative review.....its past 20days now that we have submitted the letter and write them about the whole issue we havent heard back from them and again i want to ask and know whats the assurance of getting the visa since we already knew where the issue came from and gotten a letter from them to back it up....

I am finding it difficult to understand the following from you wite up:

2. Who did you submit reference letter to, employer or UKVI? I cannot the "Reference letter" being among the documents to submit to UKVI for visa.

...if not that they accuse u of deception and u may be on a 10 year ban already... i for say make u forget istrative review.

..ukvi decision making centre will frustrate u with delay because they dont like revisiting refused case..

istrative review team sheffield will answer u between 25 to 28 days if you explained ur case well with proof.... ....if u are lucky enough to win the case ..they will overturn the decision and send it back the original case worker that denied you....

Thats where the problem usually starts with unnecessary delay.....some pple wait for 3 month and even 6 months b4 the case was reopened by DMC to make a new decision

My advice...
If u are lucky to win and the AR team overturn the decision and cancel any 10 years ban ....go and do another application... dont wait for DMC once u wait for like 3 weeks and they dont respond....

Please what exactly did they claim was falsified?? Did they ask u to prove u are qualified for the position u apllied for..(care job) ??








yes they said she qualify for the job...but i think its just cos of red flag...my wife fronted the visa application..but she has had ban before with

the uk and the case has been settled after she used the 10years..so now we applied again for a work visa care job..senior carer and everything was intact..just the verification from the school where the error came up..and now we got a refernce letter from the school and they accepted and took the blame..thats why we employed a lawyer in the uk to take up the case with the review..so now we are waiting for the next step....i just want to know how long we have to wait to get a response from them and what next todo after the response

the two additional document they requested for was what they said was falsly..and she went back to her employer here in nigeria.they said they called and even sent email and they where answered properly..but the issue came from her school when we got there...those once didnt respond to them well..they didnt check where they are suppose to check before answering the email..it was a 18month course not a full time nursing student that she did with them.....

I was asked my children's names, date of birth etc
Ooh sorry mine was dependant application. But MA wasn't asked for children's details only spouse details

Some of you here are even more suspicious than the ECOs. You should know the person bringing this here is already nervous. A nervous person is never well articulated. So you should apply your deep understanding or sit it out. She asked for help. But you accuse her further claiming there are skeletons in her cupboard. Meanwhile whatshe explained is clear, very clear. COS is not reference letter. She submitted COS. What UKVI tried to is reference letter from her school here in Nigeria. Those ones didn't answer properly.
Hence the issue. Stop kicking a person that's already down. Not everyone is a fraudster.

In the other person’s case, he never got a mail and the other bros confirmed so far the tracker shows transfer to VAC. It is successful…. I didn’t quite get the runs.

If maybe the DMC will or not if they are to refused or progress in what case.
