I used the DN probe to search for geo domains and I come across PROPERTY as the keyword that has sold in the past I came across OKLAHOMA as the new one that just drop around Dec 2022, i also checked the VARIATIONS that are available put I stick with STATE + NICHE whenever am searching cos I read that mostly consideration is given to it. With GMap, most of the times, you are assured that the listed websites/company are offering the service for the domain name you searched. You might be lucky to find the email of the decision makers on the website.

You can further use snov.io chrome extension to scrap the email of the decision maker of the website.

You can also search "[company name] [location] owner LinkedIn" on Google to get the LinkedIn profile of the CEO/owner. Then use Out, Salesql or other LinkedIn email scrapper to get the owner's email on the LinkedIn profile page.

I cant find thier email on thier profile, it wont show. How do you scrape out those email of the CEO. Because Messaging all.this @, info@ and sale@ is just like you are wasting your precious time. The CEO is the one to decide whether to buy a domain or not. Most of my sales have come from negotiating with the CEO.
