Yeah me too. I just got accepted to the program but it seems I will just let it go and focus on my front-end for now. I may apply later again when I don stand well. I saw the curriculum and it is fire.

So my stack is Frontend Development and My learning has been more focused on that aspect.

I'm still doing ALX Program for those who are curious but I learn Frontend Development aside while building Projects.

I thought of documenting how I built my projects.

Take for instance, If I decide to build a movie website, I will write the codes I used and explain them. I know it won't be easy but writing is my fort.

What do you think? It could also help others

Today, I received another email from ALX SE team with resources to check out before the program fully commences on 9th of may. It included link to create a GitHub , video about git and GitHub and books on C.

I was advised to read them ahead for better understanding of C, since they cover the fundamentals.

I intend to continue learning frontend because I really need a job(money) and also go through with the software program. I will be writing about journey, problems and solutions to provide information for anyone who needs it.

Choosing to document your ALX software engineering program journey is a brilliant idea; it will serve as an organized journal for you. Also, almost every article and video discussing the programme, that I have read and watched implies that it is quite tasking, your thread would help prep newcomers' minds and help them fare better.
