Arsenal of past seasons would have lost this match. In fact, we would have even lost or drawn this Match before it even got started just because Man city drew. I know how many times In past seasons we didn't capitalise on our challenger's dropped points. But this season and this boys seems different

Immediately Man city dropped points, I had big confidence that we'll win today's game even though Brighton are our bogey team and we've not beaten them for a long time. I wouldn't have had such confidence 2-3 seasons ago.

As for Nketiah, I'm really happy for him. When I was talking about squad depth beginning of this season, I knew we have very good ones esp for striker backup (in Nketiah). The only one I'm just fearing is just Partey and Saka(especially) cos the latter deputy no dey give me confidence.

I was never perturbed when Jesus went to injury at all and I'm happy for his goals

This is what I've been saying. It's better to have 4-6 attackers that can score goals than for we to have only one striker that will be scoring loads of goals. We are the team that scored the most goals after Man city yet I don't think Odegaard (our top scorer) is in top 5..

It's a very very good thing if goals is shared amongst all attackers cos the day one might not come to party, it won't really show. And I think that's what is helping arsenal this season. Everyone is just attacking and free flowing.

One grace God has given me is to spot young talents especially strikers. I was a striker, so when I see the movements, mentality and the intelligence I can easily predict if a young striker will come good.

My prediction is bold, that's because I have seen Balogun and he is displaying top quality at his level. Now that doesn't mean that he is better than Nketiah right now, no. What I am insinuating is that he has a better skill set than Nketiah and if harnessed properly he will be as effective as the likes of Saka and co.

Nketiah is a poacher kind of striker. He is good and will get goals but Balogun will be a better all round striker.

We cannot sustain the model to win league. Arteta has got to sought out this defensive frailties if we must win the league.

about last night, omo!!! over confidence been de worry me, i staked arsenal to win first 30mins and another ticket arsenal to win and over 2.5 goals and i won both tickets. what am i trying to say, the believe, trust and confidence we have now is like non i've ever seen. i knew we wouldn't even dare to fvck up, dem boys are mentallity monsters. kudos to everymember of the arsenal family, from the gaffer to the staffs to the players and we fans.

I want to make a suggestion as regards player valuation.

Obviously a lot of clubs and independent bodies fix the market value of football players but I think its time FIFA take over by handing the power and authority to the various continental bodies like UEFA, CONCACAF, CAF etc. Obviously there are indices with which a player is valued and they can continue or add to such indices. If any club feels their player has more value than what FIFA and its continental bodies fix, they can always appeal, present videos and evidence to back their claim.

I believe this will cub greedy Club owners and Club president that try to milk Premier league clubs.

I understand that once a player signs for a club they become more like their property but FIFA needs to have a lot more right when it comes to such decisions. La-Liga sets release clause on players i believe all football clubs need to set release clauses on their players as well.

If na all these things you been preach last year, do you think I will go on a bet with you?

Saying Balogun is a potential all-round striker than Nketiah is different from saying Balogun will start seeing match with dem Saka in 6 months time. This bolded is what I term bold cos the possibility of it happening is close to none. I mean, balo hardly plays Europa, hardly plays Carling/Fa cup and haven't been on loan when you made that statement. The only experience Balo had is just U-23 abi U-21 experience. And in your church mind, you just feel he'll walk into our starting 11 within six months? Like who does that?

And the reason why I'm not buying this your "he went out on loan ish" is because sending him on loan further buttresses my point that he isn't ready for our first team yet so he'll need more playing time. I mean, I expected loan move for him this season, reason why I was even surprised when you made such claim.

The only reason I would have voided our deal was if Balo had a lengthy injury(or him being not available like illness(God forbid)) within these 6 months cos that would have been the only justifiable reason to call off any deal. Any other thing wey you dey yarn na just preaching.

He only takes a lot of touch for a one time shot only when the ball falls to his right leg. All those times you were berating him for not shooting especially beginning of this season, check well the ball mostly falls on his right foot reason why he always try to adjust (taking many touches).

I've always known that previous arsenal of Emirates season will disappoint against Wolves (before WC break) and yesterday's match. You see that ystdy own sef, if na during Wenger time, either I play against us or I don't play at all. Like such a game during Wenger emirate-era team na sure dropped points.

The only way small clubs stay afloat in this competitive market is because of the money they make grooming their youngsters and unknown players. For example, Martinelli and Mudryk might have the same talent level but if Uefa places a transfer value, it means Martinelli might cost 60m while Mudryk might cost 20m(cos club prestige will always play a role when both players are almost equal). It means, the disparity between the big clubs and the small clubs will be very very much cos small clubs won't be able to hold onto their stars after a very good tournament. And if they can't hold onto their stars, it means the small club won't have growth and stability. The big clubs will always get bigger and better while the small clubs will always always start afresh. Just look at Monaco of 2017 and how different clubs raided them because all their players are availably cheap aside Mbappe. That's what killed Ajax of old too.

So Yeah, I really understand why all these put high amount on their players
