A study visa? Don’t v withdraw yet, instead them. Tell vfs guys to give you the consulate details.

Also you can your school to write to the consulate here in nigeria that you’re a genuine applicant of the institution and that they should intervene in this delay of study visa.

They won’t, instead told me they don’t have no access to the embassy approval to visa processing, right now I seriously � hate this South Africa of a thing, I sent an email, I was replied that as from 1th of September visa process are done at Nigeria embassy

Yes your port would be stamped to show that you were seen on arrival at the airport in South Africa. The eVisa immigration queue was a separate one from the one for those with sticker visas and took a little longer.
