It doesn’t take anything for your school to edit your CAS and include your new port number. Let them know and correct it.

My school can take forever to respond even after i ed my new port before they issued the CAS.
What would you advise?

You don't need an immigration lawyer for AR. Just apply for AR stating why you think that the refusal was wrong and include evidence of your unspent funds in your while also including receipts for the portion that has been spent towards bills, rent, tuition etc.

Good morning

I thank everyone who responded to my qustions last time

I was able to book flex appointments for one MA and five dependants.

I have issues after successfully payment for each of the dependant and MA.

1st, non of them received payments confirmation mail from TLS but four and MA got reminder mails from TLS

I logged in to checked each dependant appointment, I discovered that the appointment for one read 'appointment not set' while for others their appointment date is show.

I did another flex appointment for the one that doesn't show. I went back to check if the appointment is set, it is now set. After the new payment, he got reminder mail but no payment confirmation mail.

The appointment is tomorrow.

Please what is the way out?

The application was moved to VAC on Friday, collection mail dropped and I just collected my port now. That was after making paid calls and especially a paid mail I sent, I got response from Sheffieldstudentteamammendment Some days after they have ordered my port returned to me as soon as possible. Within 48hours, moved to VaC and collection mail.

As for my friend, her husband will now be traveling with the kids.

N.B: if your application is yet to move to VAC and it has exceeded the timeframe for your visas processing. When doing paid calls and paid mails, to be sure your request is been ordered or successful, you will receive a mail from shefieldstudentammendent within 5days max. If not receive keep disturbing them because have seen lots of people whose CAS was withdrawn because of not getting visa and missing enrollment deadline.

Print the reminder mail and dashboard showing the date. A lot of people are experiencing this. I think it’s an internal issue from TLS.

Thanks for all responses so far.
I want to start VISA application tonight and I want to find out 2 things.
1 The required fund in my POF came in 31st of October 2022, can I print SOA from 1st Nov to 29th November and use to apply?

2. Can I use Birth Attestation collected in November 2022 in place of birth certificate for someone born in 1983. This to show name correctness.

I need advice, I started my POF on d 2nd of dis month, leaving a gap difference of like 900k, but after like 2 weeks, d rate on Oanda increased, reducing d difference now to like 60k. but to be on d safer side I added a million to d fund which was credited once.
my question now is in other for me to get a closer date for biometric, can I apply with the initial POF by weekend, since it is still in range with d difference of 60k and is it possible there won’t be any NSF mail as regard the 1m credited once or I should just gbakamu and wait for the next two weeks?

Wait for POF maturity. Don’t risk it.

Once it gets to 28 days you can print your statement but the issue is the rate as at the day of your visa application

It’s normal. Dependants application is different.

It’s not an issue.

You can call anytime after your biometrics but if your application isn’t up to 15working days, I don’t see why you should worry.
