From a park at Ibadan, take a Lagos bus that es Ojota (Lagos). Drop at Ojota park (the driver will probably drop you at Total filling station), trek a bit forward and take a yellow bus to Maryland (N100 or N200 due to fuel scarcity). Drop at that Maryland bustop, trek a bit forward to the 1st turning on the right. Take a yellow bus going to Ikeja (probably N200) tell the driver to drop you at Abule busstop. You will see a big brown building with people mingling around on the first turning after dropping from the bus. That's your destination.

I dont have an idea about a cheap hotel. I slept at a friend's place a day before my appointment.

The application was moved to VAC on Friday, collection mail dropped and I just collected my port now. That was after making paid calls and especially a paid mail I sent, I got response from Sheffieldstudentteamammendment Some days after they have ordered my port returned to me as soon as possible. Within 48hours, moved to VaC and collection mail.

As for my friend, her husband will now be traveling with the kids.

N.B: if your application is yet to move to VAC and it has exceeded the timeframe for your visas processing. When doing paid calls and paid mails, to be sure your request is been ordered or successful, you will receive a mail from shefieldstudentammendent within 5days max. If not receive keep disturbing them because have seen lots of people whose CAS was withdrawn because of not getting visa and missing enrollment deadline.

I paid for ihs 5 of November I paid for visa 7 of nocember I printed out my bank statement 18 which I used 21 of November

I think the OP is getting things mixed up as print date doesn't matter if the statement covers the 28 days prior to application / the 28-day period that's been relied on to show available funds for the application.

Seems like baggiomarrio is talking about a situation where you print before submitting your application in which case you must apply within 31 days of printing the statement whereas he might have made his application after the money had spent 28 days or more in his before applying but he's concerned about the date of printing his statement. If the latter is the case, you have nothing to fear but if it is the former, then you need to provide more clarity about your situation.

This UK people are just using paid calls and paid mails to cash out. Make sure you receive mail from the bolded address.

Depression almost killed me after making series of paid calls and mail. What they where telling me was wait another 15days when they are not doing anything and have seen lots of people in the same situation whose CAS was withdrawn due to there unavailability for enrollment when no say them no apply for visa on time!

I sent a paid mail and after few days, I got a mail from the bolded address they have ordered my port returned as soon as possible. Within 48hours, case solved..

I think you're confusing yourself and worrying for nothing. Was the money in your for at least 28 days before your online submission and payment? If it was, it doesn't matter if you printed a day before biometrics as long as the statement shows that the money was in your for the 28 days before your application or a 28 -day period that ended not more than 31 days before your online submission.

My Pof started on 20th of October, I printed it out on 18th of November for CAS collection.

I did my visa n ihs application on 25th of November which I opted for assisted service.

My bometric is on 1st of December.

Pls can I still printed my pof starting from 21st of October to the last day before my bometric ?

Your dependant can apply when you’re finally married and provide proof of relationship.

That's not necessary. You made your application within 31 days of your closing balance print date. If it makes you feel better print from the 20th of October till the date before your biometrics but it really doesn't matter.

You don't have any issue then. Inasmuch as your POF matured to 28 days and afterwards you applied for your Visa, you are good

Ouch. This is different from what you said earlier on.

You"ll need your POF to first mature (28 days) before you apply for your Visa.

The ECO will use your application date (the date you paid for your Visa and IHS for Financial Statement check

My CAS is out and i noticed that my old port number was used on the CAS which will expire on the 26th of Jan. 2023. Although, i already have my new international port. Can i go ahead and apply for VISA using the old port details then attach my new port to the old one on the day of biometrics?

Apply with the new port, please. The old port number is always on the old one. If in doubt, use a cover letter to address this.

It doesn’t take anything for your school to edit your CAS and include your new port number. Let them know and correct it.
