It's good they start their own OS as monopoly should not be encouraged, imagine Google going down one day  who would we rely on . Btw, people in china already are embracing it reason why they're still making sales

smith946:Huawei will kill to go back to Android... It's like you guys don't know how useless the company is now. Huawei was a company that was once the top selling brand in the world. The US is dominated by iPhone but these guys went toe-to-toe with iPhone in the US. Now they're struggling to purchase latest Snapdragon chips in bulk, they're not even good in China, the likes of Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo...etc are ahead. They tried to enter back the western with Honor... Honor is arguably a failure at this point. Huawei is going the way of HTC |

No big developer is going to entrust Chinese people with their source codes. There is a reason we have no popular os like Android, Windows, ios etc that are of Chinese origin. |
